Should the Australasian Tour merge with the Asian Tour?
OGILVY'S COMMITMENT
CHAMPION Victorian professional Geoff Ogilvy has backed the Australasian PGA Tour’s decision to roll the Von Nida Tour into the country’s three marquee tournaments.
Ogilvy, in Melbourne last month to promote the upcoming season, believes a smoother pathway is needed to get Australian professionals onto overseas tours. The former US Open champion remembers his transition into the pro ranks after an illustrious amateur career.
